Through Tai Chi Chuan training, we learn balance, confidence and focus. The exercises are ancient Chinese movements practiced slowly, with mindfulness. The movements are taught in forms which are memorized over time and repetition. Through the practice, our focus becomes more clear, more patient, more peaceful. Our breath naturally slows and deepens. The movements are often described as shadow boxing. They are fun and easy and anyone in any shape can learn them.
